Inova Led Does Any One Have Suggestions For My Broken Flash Light?

Does any one have suggestions for my broken flash light? - inova led

I have a XO3 Inova LED flash, which just did not work more. I tried new batteries did not work. I thought the lamp was burning, but I'm not even sure if thats possibel. So I tried to remove the ball and it was a failed attempt. Anyone who has suggestions on prepared to listen. This flash of light is $ 70 and I do not want to buy a new one.
