Can You Burst A Wart Pimple/Wart On Nipple ?(which Has Been There For The Past 2 1/2yrs)?

Pimple/Wart on nipple ?(which has been there for the past 2 1/2yrs)? - can you burst a wart

IM not sure how I can describe it. i dont think SA is grain, and you can not explode, and I think the wart SA, because it is not very unusual. It is as if the nipple into Aerola because of what I have.

Could it be dangerous? I am age 17
